We have a had a wonderful 'Meditation Day' today in school. It has helped us to prioritise our own wellbeing and emotional health. Every class got time to spend in the special, calm and relaxing environment of the meditation room. We enjoyed the peace and stillness and took part in guided meditations and learnt how to relax our bodies and brains. We also spent time thinking about our dreams and wishes for the future. We wrote them down and displayed them on the wall to create a whole school display. We also enjoyed a session of calm and relaxing yoga with Mr Allen in the hall and were also shown how to help each other relax through peer massage with Miss Gould. It has been a great day and we all feel better for it.
