At Duke Street Primary, we understand that family life can sometimes be challenging. If you need advice, practical support, emotional wellbeing support, financial guidance, or help accessing local services, the organisations below may be able to help.

If you are unsure where to start, please contact the school office and we will do our best to signpost you to the most appropriate service.

Home-Start is a local family support charity based in Chorley that works with families who have at least one child under the age of 11. Trained volunteers provide practical and emotional support to families experiencing challenges such as isolation, post-natal depression, bereavement, mental health difficulties, or parenting pressures.
