As our current circumstances are so different from life as we know it and we are all having to spend more time indoors. There is also social distancing in our combat to fight this virus meaning that we cannot see our friends and family members as we would normally do. This can make children and adults alike feel anxious, worried or stressed with the outbreak of COVID-19.
