Our Year 5/6 team continued their fantastic run in the netball league with another brilliant performance on Wednesday.

From the very first match, the children demonstrated outstanding passing, catching, and teamwork. They played four matches on the night and achieved an impressive clean sweep, winning all of them with performances that truly reflected the results.

Mr Allen and Mrs Nicholls selected Joud and Mia as Players of the Match for their excellent contributions. A special mention goes to Mia, who was also spotted by Chorley Infernos—an amazing achievement!

We are incredibly proud of the whole team and look forward to their next fixtures.

Our Year 3/4 pupils recently took part in a fantastic range of invasion game-based activities, designed to be fun, inclusive, and engaging for all abilities.

The children enjoyed a variety of skill-based drills inspired by sports such as rugby, basketball, kin-ball, football, netball, and handball. While some of the activities did not include a competitive scoring element, the focus was firmly on teamwork, participation, and enjoyment.

All of the pupils did an amazing job, showing great cooperation, enthusiasm, and team spirit throughout. It was wonderful to see them supporting one another and having so much fun—well done to everyone involved!
