Year 5/6 Football Team Show Great Determination in Ollerton Cup
Our Year 5/6 football team recently took to the field for an exciting cup match in the Ollerton Cup against St Mary’s Primary School. The team showed fantastic effort, determination, and teamwork throughout the game.
Despite a strong performance, the match ended in a 2–0 defeat. However, the children should be extremely proud of how hard they worked and the positive attitude they showed from start to finish.
The game was also a special occasion as the team wore their brand new football kit for the first time, kindly sponsored by Deakin's Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The players looked fantastic in their new kit, and we are very grateful for the generous support from our sponsor.
Well done to all the children who represented the school so brilliantly – we look forward to the next match!
