2020/21 Recovery Plan
Autumn term 2020: The focus on expenditure this term is Reading Eggs (£2000) to boost lost reading in the summer term. Additionally, TAs to support EYFS children have been used to aid the recovery plan (£10000)
Spring term 2021:Main focus: Purchasing devices for lockdown learning and recovery after lockdown (£11000 catch up funding plus generous donation from local Rotary club). Additional reading suppport from school staff (£1000)
Summer term 2021: Following analysis of where gaps are following lockdown (Jan-March) further consideration will be made regarding how to support children who have "lost ground". A detailed plan will be published in the summer term.
Obviously we continue to use our existing substantial, funding to support children identified as SEND, AN, and children from vulnerable families, including those who need to access nurture support. Outreach and safeguarding have an increasing number of families to support too.
